We had a horrifying experience with a groomer from another business. With concerns about my dogs I didn't know who to call, I thought of Julia. Having met her at a community event and knowing that Aussie Pooch is a trustworthy company name... I rang her and explained to her what had happened, she was so caring and really kind. She reassured me that she would help me, She then offered to come and spend a time with the boys to help reassure them so that grooming wouldn't be a problem for us in the future.
